Heritage Hills Community Tennis Courts
Tennis Court #1 (Summit) and Tennis Court #2 (Hillside)
1. Tennis court hours are from 7:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. - the same as the pool. Again, consideration for the neighboring residents is important. Any resident who observes courts being used before of after the allowed times should not confront the players directly, but should call the Lone tree Police at 303-339-8150. Your key fob will open the swimming pool and tennis court gates.
2. Courts may not be reserved and are available on a first come first serve basis to all Heritage Hills residents. Gates should not be propped open by rocks or other material. This could result in unauthorized use if gates are left propped open.
3. Brooms and squeegees are provided at the court. The courts will be swept once a week.
4. No climbing on the fence is permitted. No leaning on the nets - the pressure will cause sagging and tears. No skateboards, rollerblades, etc. are allowed on the tennis courts or basketball court. No dogs or other pets are allowed on the tennis courts.

The Heritage Hill Tennis Committee has been appointed to help encourage, monitor, and promote responsible use of the tennis courts while considering the interests of all residents.
Tennis rules are self-explanatory, designed to help protect the courts and benefit all residents. As a reminder, tennis courts are for tennis play only. Other rules are being posted at the courts.
We have a mechanism for residents to arrange for tennis lessons at their community tennis courts. All paid instructors must first be approved by the Tennis Committee, and follow additional rules for residents receiving instruction. If you would like to be an approved instructor please contact the Tennis Committee with your interest.
