Please print, sign and bring this REQUIRED WAIVER with you to the event

Event Details & Reminders:

• Overlook Pool will not be open to swimmers, dogs only in the pool during the event.

• Bring dog toys to entice them into the water

• No glass containers

• No unaccompanied minors under age 18 allowed without a parent

• Parking may be limited, please walk/bring golf carts/bikes

• This event is for Heritage Hills residents only

• Required waiver must be signed before any dog can enter the pool

• Parents please keep a close eye on kiddos as there will be many large dogs off-leash
